My Waiting list allows me to better match potential family's to new kittens. If you are interested in becoming a part of the Jasmarez family, I encourage you to contact me today for an application. Breeding will be held off if we don't have enough interest on our wait list as I don't want to breed unnecessarily.
In order to purchase an available kitten or successfully join our wait list you will be required to complete a pre-adoption questionnaire. Once accepted I will draw up a purchase contract and provide receipts for all payments.
I closely vet all homes to ensure the kittens are placed in the right one and have a happy life with decreased chances of abandonment.
As they never leave my family, you join ours - Jasmarez Family.
A $250 deposit confirms your acceptance on to the waiting list. Once the kittens are 6-8 weeks you will get to chose your kitten and pay a further instalment, this allows me to arrange pedigree paperwork, de-sexing and microchip registration. I am more then happy to arrange a Payment plan to make the purchase more affordable for you. The final payment will be due prior to pick up or transport.
Visits and cuddles are encouraged to help you get to know and chose your little one, be conscious that I will not allow handling of the mum or kittens until they have had their 2nd vaccination this is to ensure their safety, if interstate I will take many pictures and videos for you.
If no current kitten cast a spell over you the deposit is transferable but not refundable it can be delayed for 24 months.

✅Both parents DNA tested, FIV & Leukaemia tested
✅Veterinarian health check
✅Temperament checked
✅Written health guarantee
✅Six weeks pet insurance with petplan
✅All kitten vaccinations
(F5 and FIV negotiable in special cases as I would prefer all kittens to be indoors or in a cat safe run)
✅Complete parasite control
✅Microchip with direct registration into your name.
✅De sexed with certificate & tattoo
(-if showing tattoos are still recommended but not mandatory.)
✅Pedigree registration in your name
✅Portfolio with breed information and all vet paperwork.
✅Life time support and a no judgement return policy (a few questions about the kitty to help me find a new home, but total support from me)
✅Kitten re-homing packs of temp travel box, food, litter, kitten information & vouchers if local purchase for picked up, or can be posted

To apply for the waiting list please, complete, sign, and return the application to Tracie-Anne, I will review all details requested in the form and respond with any questions I consider you joining our family rather than the kitten joining yours as we will always be linked in some way whether its sharing photos and stories, asking for advice or showing your kitty.
